Opening hours & visits.

Services & matters relating to your fur-kid’s stay.

  • Yes, we provide daycare services on weekdays. This can be either half-day (from 9.00am to 2.00pm or from 2.00pm to 7.00pm) or full day (from 9.00am to 7.00pm).

    If you need daycare services on weekends and/or public holidays, please contact us directly either via WhatsApp at 8778 9769 or email us at catnapsg@gmail.com.

  • Daycare Suite (half day): $20

    Daycare Suite (full day): $40

    Daycare Chateau (half day): $50

    Daycare Chateau (full day): $90

    Overnight Suite (boarding): $48 per night, $30 per night for every additional adjoining Suite

    Overnight Chateau (boarding): $88 per night

    24/7 air-conditioning

    Playtime of at least 15-30 minutes with access to common play area

    Clearing of single-use litter pans when necessary

    One meal

  • Yes, we offer chauffeur services to and from Catnap which are chargeable.

  • The check-in and check-out time is 12.00pm.

  • Yes, you can opt for early check-in and/or late check-out when making a booking and we will try our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, both our Chateaus and six of our suites are fitted with CCTVs. You can opt for CCTV access, subject to availability, when making a booking.

  • We encourage you to bring your own food for your fur-kid. However, if you prefer not to, we serve Zealander for wet food and Instinct for dry food which is chargeable.

    In between, subject to your consent, we may also give some healthy treats (Freeze Dry Australia) to your fur-kid.

    We can offer a variety of brands and work with a few distributors.

    However, we are not liable for health issues arising from food provided by you or us.

  • Meal times are at 10-11am and 5-7pm daily.

  • Please discuss this with our team prior to making a booking. We may be able to accommodate your request at an additional cost.

  • We use tofu litter. If you wish for other types of litter to be used, please provide us with sufficient quantities of your preferred litter.

  • We encourage you to bring a maximum of one bedding and one toy, preferably something that your fur-kid is familiar with or finds comfort in, so that your fur-kid will have something familiar with it when it joins us.

  • We will play/spend time with your fur-kid for at least 30 minutes a day. During this period, your fur-kid will be allowed out of its Chateau or Suite, depending on how comfortable your fur-kid is with the surroundings.

    You can opt for extra play time as an add-on when booking your fur-kid’s stay with us.

  • For the safety of your fur-kid, only fur-kids from the same household and staying in the same Chateau or Suite are allowed to have physical interaction with each other.

  • For overnight guests, we will update daily via photos and/or videos and WhatsApp messages.

  • Yes, we offer an array of grooming and spa services to our guests. Catnap is equipped with a spa tub to provide the ultimate spa experience for your fur-kid. You can exercise this option when booking your fur-kid’s stay with us.

  • Yes, you can opt for an upgrade to a double or tripe Suite or a double Chateau when you make a booking. Do select the Suite/Chateau upgrade option in ‘Extras’ when you use the booking portal.

Vet care.

  • If your fur-kid has a regular veterinarian that it consults, we will try our best to reach out to the regular veterinarian in the event of a medical incident.

  • We work closely with Canopy Veterinary Centre to provide round-the-clock services for your fur-kid if the need arises, and in the event of an emergency. However, if your fur-kid has a regular veterinarian that it consults, we will try our best to reach out to the regular veterinarian in the event of a medical incident.

Pre-check-in preparation/requirements.

  • We require a copy of your fur-kid’s sterilisation certificate, latest vaccination record (one year validity from last vaccination) and a negative blood test result for FIV/FeLV by a registered veterinarian prior to check-in. We recommend that these documents be provided to us in advance, and that you bring your cat(s) to our premises some days prior to check in so that we can assess whether your cat is aggressive, or is amenable to being handled by us.

  • For the comfort of your fur-kid and out of consideration for our other guests, we suggest that your fur-kid be seen by a veterinarian if it is unwell and defer its stay with us.

  • Yes, please ensure that flea and tick treatment is administered to your fur-kid not more than one week prior to check-in.

    If you prefer, we can assist in the application of Revolution on your fur-kid at the time of check-in at an additional cost of $10.
